Consumer Rewards Network
Ripoff! This company stole over $800 from our checking account and provided no product or service

Miscellaneous

Consumer Rewards Network is anything but rewarding to consumers! The company's telemarketer contacted my wife in February, offering a coupon packet if she gave them checking account numbers, which she did. Subsequently to mistakingly providing these numbers, the company proceeded to draft checks with my wife's name at the top (misspelled, no less), and systematically deleting our back account over a few week period.

A sum of $800 was taken from our account, for which no products or services were provided to us. When I discovered the missing money, I immediately contacted the company, and was told that there is NO REFUND! The blamed us for not calling the company to cancel the service, but I told them that we never received a product.

The company representative told me to "shut up" several times, and hung up on us. I have had to cancel my account in order to stop their stealing of my funds.
