Ripoff, fake grant, fraud, HANG UP THE PHONE

A man claiming to be 'Adam Smith' called me and said I had been awarded a $5000 grant. He said I was awarded the grant because I was a good tax payer.
He said he knew I was wanting to start a new business, but I'm not... I'm in college. I told him this and he just said I could use the money for education as well. Anyways to make a long story short.
"Adam" had all my information but my bank account number. I knew my number, but I told him I didn't. He said to find it and he'd get back to me. After reading this website I know its a bunch of crap and I would love to have this guy busted & not be able to take any other innocent person's money.
