Telemarketing scam Ripoff

The manager (who is no longer with us) of one of our branch stores fell victim to a scam that this company perpetrates. They pretended to be our usual supplier of credit card machine ribbons, and they offered to sell them to us "at the old price". Before our manager was done, we paid out $4800 for 1368 ribbons, most of which we never received.

Now their collection department is harassing us to pay for another shipment we never received! I have emailed the Massachusetts Department of Consumer Affairs complaining about this operation. I can only hope that law enforcement will catch up with them!
