Ripoff

My name is connie, i live in the state of south carolina. When i seen net detective on line i thought that for a fee, a fee that i did pay with my credit card, was great!

Only to find out that i am not able to find out any thing in the state that i live in.

My computer went down and i can not even find a number for any kind of customer service. I have tried to e-mail someone at the complaint e-mail address, and every time it is returned!

So i paid for a service that not only allows me to do nothing, and i can't even find out how to restore it!

I had it saved on a floppy, but it wont install!!! Where is the customer service?
