Net detective is a rip off should be called net defective

Downloaded Net Detective 31JAN01. Could not install due to "file corrupted and unuseable"message. Called customer service 2FEB01 and requested the CD. "Stacey" said we'll mail it Monday, 5FEB.

21FEb called customer service again;no response. Called again 22FEB "Stacey" apologized for the inconvenience and said"it's on it's way". 8MAR sent them an e-mail, their response"a representative will contact you". Still don't have Net Detective.
Based on "Stacey's" apology I stupidly paid the $25 credit card bill.

Net detective is a rip off. Should be called net defective.
