Dishonest advertising and fradulent charges Ripoff

I responded to the tv advertisement on Propolene - buy 1 bottle, get 1 bottle free, no shipping or handling for $29.95.

I verified several times that the only charge to my credit card would be $29.95, and no more. I was assured each time that I would only be charged $29.95.

I received the package very quickly. With an invoice inside for $101.85, $12.00 shipping and handling, and a notation that I still owed them $59.90.

Obviously I called immediately. After a lengthy wait on hold, I got an operator. I asked for an explanation of the invoice. I was told that they had run out of the "sample" bottles, and they had sent a full size bottle for $29.95, plus an additional bottle which cost $59.90. When asked about the $12.00 S&H, I was told the order didn't qualify. No reason given.

I requested the Return Authorization Number, and told the operator I expected a full refund, inculding the S&H. She told me that I was responsible for the S&H, no refund.

Do not, do not have anything to do with this company. False advertising, fradulent charges, and a complete ripoff.
