I worked for popeyes for many years, we really did care about customer service and product satisfaction, how ever a large company bought our franchise and they do not care about anything except the bottom line, they do work their minimum wage employees to death, if and when they get a raise its usually 5 or 10 cents,

They have a 40 second time limitt at drive thru and 1 minute in the lobby, managers work 50,60 and more hours a week, once i was in the emergency room with the doctor i had pnumonia and the supervisor beeped me and told me to get back to the store some one didnt show up for their shift. I told her where i was and why she didnt care, get there..

I finally quit it had ruined my health, until sailormens bought popeyes it was a great place to work and eat, but mr wimple needs all the dollars he can get for his jet and lavish home, so to hell with his employees they also cheat people out of hours worked and things
