Rip-off fraudulent credit card offer, lied Champlain

I received a phone call from this same company about two weeks ago, the week of 4-11. They offered me a Sureway Beneficial — Mastercard credit card with a limit of $2,000 and 0% interest. I fell for it. The lady told me she needed more information on a credit card application I filled out some months ago. The only credit card I applied for was for a Discover card about a week before. I didn't apply for any other card.
I got suspicious when I received two more phone calls on 4-21 from the same company trying to offer me the same thing, using the same deceitful line. When I asked what company they were calling from, they hung-up the phone. I decided then, to check out this company on the internet and came across the Rip-Off website.
My checking account was going to debited on 4-25. So I went to my Credit Union and tried to stop the draft. But it was to late because the bank teller told me it takes 3 business days for it to go through.
My account was debited $249 on the 25th. However, I will take the advice of Stacy who was successful at getting her money back by unauthorizing the debit on her account.
