John t. Hammond berrien county corruption district judge should step down!

This happened awhile ago, but, i and my children's lives will be affected for all of our futures.

I was denied exclusive occupancy twice during a divorce proceeding. Because i did not bed the lawyer i did not recieve child support for a year during the divorce.

Due the malicious intent of this judge that i remain extremely poor for our judicial system is one where you have to have money in order to achieve what americans call justice.

I walked into a courtroom where after two years of holding up the case because of laws of limitations to expire on two lawyers. I was walked up to and pointed in the face by this judge and told he wanted me to say nothing that was not filed. I sat in a courtroom where my ex was allowed to say that he made only $1,000 per year this is what my child support for two children was based on for over 10 years. Evidence in front of judge was a whole bunch more. Most times he was behind years. He testified as to paying only $2.00 on boat repairs ommitting the evidence in front of judge of paying $445.00 payments on a 31' sail boat. He was allowed testimony of paying $100 for cadillac car payment, $100 rent a month, $100 for three months of car insurance. (judge jokingly said he wished he could get a policy that cheap)

Ex recieved in the divorce, after he abusingly forced me into the divorce, throwing me out of the house every two weeks for a year. He got his business, the 31' sail boat, truck, my rental house which was 1/3 my income, livingroom furniture, numberous possessions already stolen out of the marital home. I recieved a stipulated - divorce in which for over 10 years could not co-habitate, get married or die with out paying him $15,000. I and the children had nothing. The transcript of this trial was held up for another two years. I have it for any one doubting my word. I sent it all over the world. Delay delay dump, another "dump case" by the courts.

I tried filing myself in court of appeals three times and the supreme court. Judicial tenure denied me four times. First time they stated he did nothing wrong. Second time they stated that they did not feel he acted inapropriately, third time they stated that complaint was too formal because i numberated each paragraph or violation. Fourth time they stated that because i wrote a letter to the editor of the paper that i violated the secrecy law. Give me a break...

Hammond had done many misdeeds in his courtroom, i was the one that they put security on only because i went and watched and took notes. I wrote letters to the editor. Now, hammond made sure that you have to pass a detector before getting in to view open court. Then, the baliff asks everyone what case they are there for or you get escorted out.

Severe financial damage that still effects myself and my children as they struggle to get an education. They were denied scholorships, grants, and financial aide because father would not devulge his income.

There is nothing anyone can do. I tell everyone, every where i go. But, beware, if you get to berrien county, it's the good ole boys that make their own rules. Hammond has a "thing" against mothers raising children. Abuse continues...
