Ripoff sent credit card with out being ask for and charging me

I received a charge card from this company with out asking for it. Call them and was told they would up the credit line if I keep the card. The first card I never receved and they sent me the another. Now I received a bill from them with a 29.00$ late fee and owe all most a 100.$ I have never used the card since I got. What is going on? Sound like a rip off to me. I cut up the card and sent it back to them. Let's see if I am still billed for the late fee and card cost?
