Ripoff stole a total of $400 from my account

Premier Movie Pass, Call One Unlimited and Buyers Union stole a total of $400 from my account. Even though my husband's name is not on my account, a representatives from the above mentioned companies took my account number from him and put my name on the check saying that I authorized this payment when I had no knowledge of the tranaction.

The checks came through my account with the number 7777. I inquired with my bank about these checks but they could not identify who was drawing out the money out of my account and I could not close my account during that time.

When I received my bank statement, I called crooks to advise them that I'm aware of the money they stole from account and asked that they refund every cent. They told me that my $400 was not refundable.

When I confronted my husband, he said the representative promised to only take $3.95 from my account for discount airline tickets.

I will take legal action to get back my $400 from these crooks.
