Ripoff—nothing received. Took money from bank account

My parents were talked into a package that said they would get a trip to Cancan free, a computer, satellite dish, cell phone, etc for $299.95. The package was to be there by the end of Feb. It has not been received as of April 12. Steve Goodwin, cell phone no. 405 205 7488 sold the package and succeeded in getting them to give him their bank account number.
My parents are in their 90's and cannot use any of the goodies he sold them. I've called him any number of times and he says when they get the package, they can return it and he will put the money back into their account.
Telemarketers they prey on the elderly and talk them into things they don't need and especially their bank account number are people who need to be exposed.
