I was called up a month and two weeks ago about free grant money and never received the package and they took the money out of my account with out my consent and with no evidence of any package anywhere. I think this is unfare and something needs to be done about it. The answer machne picks up every time you call and gives the email and tells you to leave a message. I wanted to speak and couldn't speak with anyone at no given time. It's unfare.
