Service Management credit card fraud, took money and no card Canada

On Feb. 7, I gave Spectra Financial 249.00 for an unsecured credit card. I was told it would take approximately 25 working days for it to arrive.

Mar 14 was 25 working days, still no card after calling to check. I was informed that a possible mistake may have ocurred and the card should be obtained before March 31.

On March 24, I called to check again, this time I am angry. Talked to female supervisor, whom says that the card has been sent to shipping and should be received in 7 to 10 business days.

On March 31, I received a package from them. Low and behold, I received three brochures and two letters, one dated March 21, stating that a Mastercard has been ordered (in the first paragraph) and will be receiving within 25 business days.in this same letter in paragraph 3, I am supposed to fill out an application for the credit card. There was no appication.

On the next letter, undated, It states "the application will be mailed to you by the bank in 10 days, fill it out and send it back. The card should arrive in 2-3 weeks."

These people even gave me a verification number and pin number for the card on February 7. During this time, I received no correspondence or phone call. The two letters are so phony: The letter dated March 21 tells me that the card is ordered and I should receive it in a certain amount of time, then three sentences later tells me that I have to fill an application to process the card.

The second letter says the card application will be mailed out from an unknown bank.
