Ripoff, Said that I won free money from the Government

A man by the name of Chris Jardon called me and said that I won money from the government. I asked him what was the catch, because theres alwasys a catch. He told me that if I didn't take the money that it would go back to the government.
So I listened to everything that he had to say but I really wasn't interested because I knew that it would be a catch. He told me that I just had to fill out a package that he would send me and just pay for the shipping and handling. I asked how much would the shipping and handling be and he told me that it would be a one time fee of 249.00. I told him no way. Why would I pay you for grant money that suppose to be free for me. He tried to make it sound really good but I wasnt trying to fall for it. He had told me that he already had my name and my checking account number. He just kept telling he has this information because he go it from the government. I was pressured in saying okay. I told him that I would give him a call and let him know if I wanted to go ahead with this process and he told me that it would be fine. I few days later when I checked my bank accound there was 249.00 dollars missing from my account.
Every since this has happened I have called and talked to the customer service and I keep getting the run around. I talked to a lady by the name of Sanya Grand and she said that I would be able to get my money back. When I tried to call her back they where telling me that she wasn't there. They also told me that Chris Jardon didn't exist. The person that told me that his name was James Douglas, I told him that this was all a fake and then he hung the phone up. I kept trying to call back and know one would pick up the phone. All of these people have very thick accent like they work at 7/11's. Please don't get played like I did.
