Ripoff-Worst ever service received

We were called by this company last June and offered a vacation package. We gave our credit card info and was billed. We were promised the detailed package in 2weeks. Its not March and we got nothing. No email information, no fax information, nothing. When we finally got the info through my Bank, we got on to Amy, after being put on hold for over 30 min, and being told that Amy was in meetings.

They never gave me her last name or any email details. We eventually got to Amy who asked us to fax her our credit card statement and she was to contact us in a few days. That was 2 months ago and we are still trying to talk to Amy again. I want a refund and I am not going there. I hope everyone reads this and report them also. Our vacation is due in April and we have no idea which hotel we are supposed to go to.
