City government ripoff

The city of Dallas has been stealing its citizens car for profit. The city uses the junk motor vehicle ordnance, claiming that any car in public view thats not registered and inspected is junk and can be sized.in my case the city stickered my 1966 Cadillac, and said i HAD to PROVE that it was running or they would size my car, i said no way! Write me my ticket the city doesn't have the right, the city said that they didn't have to write me a ticket and that they would NOT do so.

So i started protesting to get my ticket, i put up big signs demanding my day in court, and cursing out the city for their miss-conduct. Well about two weeks after the sized my cars i got my court date and in 08/04 i got the charges dismissed, but the city doesn't want to return my cars and pay for the damage done to my house total value 30k, and to make matter worse the city is retaliating against me by suing me in civil court claiming my lot/house is a hazard
