E4L, QNA, Quantum, Slimdown Express false rip-off TV advertising

I ordered a weightloss product off of an infomercial that was 100% guaranteed or your money back. I received the product in late June or early July. I decided to return it and I called to get a RA number and where to return it. I returned the product to them and received my Return receipt dated for July 31. I was charged on 7/12 for the original product $69.96 then on 8/8 for $9.99 and on 9/8 for $59.99. I thought it was just confusion maybe on the return and they ended up charging me instead of crediting my account. Well, I tried to call them day in and day out. I was then charged again on 1/18/01 for $9.99 and on 2/21/01 for $59.99 again!!! I continued to call and kept getting a message stating that they were changing their phone system and that it would be down but we could fax information to them. Well, I did on several occasions. I had charged my on my credit/debit card from my checking account, they could not stop future withdrawls from them because they changed the company name on the charge from QNA to Slimdown Express to E4L to who knows what all. I finally closed my checking and canceled my credit card. If anyone has any info on how to contact them or advice on what I should do, it would greatly be appreciated. They owe me at over $200 for a $59.99 product that I returned!!!
