Unemployment rates are high enough? A right to work? I was terminated shortly after reporting and injury. The employer told me that it was because i did not do as ordered and get my glasses to be trained at a certain post. The glasses were ordered being picked up one week. This was approved by my supervisor. Although he was taken off shift shortly after helping me to file injury paperwork. I was warned by a co worker and supervisor that it may be in best interest to use my own insurance and not file this paperwork. Supervisor said I told the him that i was allergic to pepper spray. Which was never said. I heard they were all warned not to help me or else. This man did not like me for some reason and i dont have room to tell everything or i would.

I had this explained much better but was not enough room and had to start over. I was never given chance to talk. I was denied my appeal and much of what i said was ignored. I am having a hard time getting treatment for my injury, the jail denied approval twice for treatment. I cannot find a job now and it has been about 21 months now. I am homeless and lost everything, not to mention the hardship, emotional pain and suffering, defamation of character slander, and going through it alone. The supervisor on power trip even has false accusations in my file.

My health is suffering and the bills, we wont even go there. This supervisor and the jail had pretty much destroyed my life. I know i was terminated for reporting my injury. I was hard worker did my job and more. Many people know the truth. The supervisor himself admits now that i never said i was allergic. He was creating a hostile work environment The shift was lied to about me saying i falsified my application and was told to me by coworker and supervisor. They called me at home and told me. They were devastated that i was fired and told me to get my file asap. My injury papers and Ged were gone. My reputation has suffered. I know i got a bad reference from someone for a job i thought i had. They made me think it was the last job, the jail.

I am sorry to say for a woman in this field is not easy. Well, it is a difficult field anyway, but i have been done wrong before because of not fitting in joining in etc... Now that i have this done this way the sheet gave me more room. And i re did it for nothing and it was sooo good. Well, i will come back and fix it up soon. Thank you for reading my story.
