Wrongfully fired me after being injured on the job and filing a workers comp claim lied and cost me my unemployment benefits

I was employed @ Dialysis Clinic Inc from 02-10. Everything was fine until I hurt my hand. I also noticed other nurses abusing the patients. I had hurt my hand doing my everyday tasks setting up the machine to hook up to people.

The first 6 months everything was fine. I got hurt 08. I went to the doctor about my hand injury he told me I had carpal tunnel syndrome. After I gave the doctor results to my supervisor.

My supervisor told me I had to give up my job because of my injury which was not my fault. Also another problem they made up my employer accused me of not filing out a patients medical record or signing my name to the form.

In all my years of nursing I have never forgotten to fill out a patients medical record or signing my name, also my employer did not provide this document to the unemployment office.

The employer lied about me to the unemployment office, so I did not get my benefits. They said in there decision that I fail to document a patients medical record, how can they agree with the employer when they did not send them a copy.

There is nothing but corruption in the unemployment office, I was wrongfully fired because I filed a workers comp claim & reported my injury. My employer came up with this lie that I failed to fill out a patients medical redcord or sign.

It was because I had reported my injury to workers comp, so they had to make up something to deny my unemployment. They made sure that I was not going to get my unemployment or anything else.

I send this to a warning to people who work in the nursing feild do not work for this company, when I was in orientation my employer (joe butler) that if they had to terminate anyone they would prevail.

Which means they can lie about anyone & they will get ahead in life buy ruining innocent peoples careers. Its not fair when you have an injury on the job they treat you like crap & make up lies. Joe butler made sure that I wasn't going to get my unemployment.

He had gotten 3 withnesses to lie about me during the hearing saying I did this & I done that, which caused me to lose. That Is ok I hope there christmas gets ruined from how they have ruined mine.

I can here them laughing know that they got someone. The employer joe butler nurse manager and nurse supervisor are nothing but liars. They think they will prevail buy treating people unfair & lying about them.

They tried to ruin me I will expose them & for the liars that they are to this website, I think I will ruin them.
