US Auto Management - Executive

Everyone here is right but in most cases too much wrong is being done by auto management companies. Yes you are 100% right "US Auto and Executive are the same people different names.

I've been with them when they were U.S. And now that they are Executive. It's called a shield or what we call it in the military a smoke screen. It's sad to say but allot of military uses this company because of the quick fix to a finical problem. I did and they have had my SUV for almost 2 years and the payment has been late every month. Luckily I make the payments to keep my credit in line. But you all are right they (Executive) suppose to make the payment if the client doesn't make the payment. You just send proof of payment and they send you the refund.

But what they was doing in my case is / since they knew I will make the payment on time they did not bother to refund me I was told day in and day out (that's if you are lucky to reach someone) that the payment will be made on this day, on that day. They basically give you the run around hoping the payment is made by the owner that has your vehicle now.

I just came back from Iraq and haven't seen my SUV and I am waiting on one more payment from the Upland branch. But Amanda sounds so sweet on the phone; I guess they go to school for that. I wish I can tell my military friends to stay away, but there is no other solutions when your leaving for 8-15 months to Iraq. We don't want to pay a bill that we don't use when were gone so we turn to these people for an easy fix. If someone does want to buy 2002 Ford Exp. Leather fully loaded 2WD Bronze let me know.
