We have paid Manuel Esparza $90k to do a job. Not knowing it was the beginning of a nightmare for us. He do not pay his workers. He changes his workers all the time. Our electrical keep on tripping. Right now, we are waiting for him to come and fix the floors. We asked him to put in hardwood floors throughout the house. About 2000sf, the floors are lifting, and he told us its the manufacturers problems, we went to the manufactuary with him, only to find out he did not put either glue nor staples, so he has to redo the entire house. Its a nightmare, with all the bumps throughout the house. My furniture is lifting as well because the floor is lifting.

It is now 4 months that I am waiting for him to come and fix it. He is always busy! He wants my husband to get the tools for him to do the work. We just rented a machine to get the work done, but he can only do it for 3 hours! It is crazy. Never ever hire this man, you will regret it! His workers will come to you later to ask for their money. He tells his workers that he was not paid. What makes it more difficult is that he does not have a licence and he told us there is nothing we can do, because he does not have a licence. If there is anyone out there that can give me some information as to how to deal with this matter I will appreciate it. It will cost me 28k to redo the floors and that is not even for the material, just labor. The kitchen cupboards we had made from Home Deport, he only installed them, He made a complete mess of that as well!
