Ripoff, fraudulent billing, failure to deliver item paid for in advance

Months ago I sent in a form giving permission to publish a poem for an anthology. It was to be caleed "Expressions".

I called to find out how much longer it would be before I received my paid for copy. Enough time has passed and I should have recieved it by now.

I called and there was no answer. I left a message. No one has returned my call. I called again and like before the answering machine picked up.
