Ripoff

On August 14 my 14 year old daughter submitted a poem to American Poets Society via the internet web site. This company in return mailed her a letter stating that "their editorial staff was impressed with her poem" and "they would like to publish it in their upcoming collection of poetic works". They also enclosed a order form for us to order a framed copy of her poem and a copy of the poetry anthology "Poetry Gems", I mailed a check in the amount of $92.50 on August 30 which cleared my account on September 04. I tried contacting this company numerous times, by phone, e-mail and regular mail. I never have recieved any response from them.

Today (March 19) I tried a phone number that I recieved from another unsatisfied customer and a woman by the name of Teresa actually answered the phone, she said that she had just been hired to fix all of the problems of unfilled orders and she would look into my order and call me back, guess what? She never returned my call. I'm so frustrated, I don't know what else to do, I've reported it to the BBB and they sent a letter to me stating that there was nothing that they could do, but to contact the Consumer Protection Agency in Baltimore, I haven't recieved a response from them yet. If anyone can help please post advice. Thank You.
