BEWARE of this SCAM ARTIST landlord! He rents homes that are not eligible to pass inspection (has contact to get them to pass) and then makes false promsises to improve property if you agree to rent, never performing. He will contact you every month or so to state he is making arrangements for improvements/repairs but never comes through.

In the meantime he adds more and more promises to the list, and when you MOVE OUT, he KEEPS YOUR SECURITY DEPOSIT ILLEGALLY, stating that YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR THE WORK NEVER PERFORMED ON HIS PROPERTIES. The home I rented never had an equipped smoke alarm which is REQUIRED TO PASS INSEPCTION. This home passed inspection regardless of this and other VIOLATIONS under state code.

Don't be a fool and rent property from this scumlord. He is a mental case and also has many personalities. It all went to hell when he was interested in setting me up with his friends and I made it clear I could get my own dates. He is a TROLL and often called me asking me why he has so many problems, also telling me he does not trust women, and falling in love. These are not my issues.

As a result of me not providing dating or psychological services, I really got nailed. He especially prays on single females who are earning adequate pay, as I had to put in my own garbage disposal, lights, and anything else I wanted in addition to the basic flooring and walls that were provided. Plumbing was not in working order, and also his condition was that anything added to his home was KEPT in the end in exchange for "allowing" me to put it in.

Beware of this crook!
