The company hires Fundraisers to Fundraise for different organizations such as National Organization for Woman, Democratic National Committee, Humaine Sociaty of US. Etc.

The customers on the phone has to agree to make donations monthly (in certain programs there are lump sum (one time donations) well this particular time its monthly, so fundraisers can ask if they can help by donating for just three months. And the customers agree. The funsraisers gets there credit card over the phone whil the customer thinks there credit card is being process for whatever dollar amount they agreed to for just three months when actually its for the hole year. So the customers card has been deducted for a hole year not 3 months and they wont even know it until they look at there statement and the fundariser gets a bonus for that.
