In the spring or this past year Dennis Lloyd and Shane Roop of Parksburg, Pa. Were involved in an fight at the Roop Residents on East Vally road in Parksburg, Pa. This fight resulted in the right front fender of our car being dented and damaged when one of the two young man through the other againts the vehicles right fender. Which resulted in $450.00 dollars of damage as per an estimate from a local autobody shop.
This past September judgement was entered againts both these individuals in the amount of $542.50 in parksburg district court. Shane Roop pleaded guilty and promised to reimburse me for is portion of the judgement in the mount of $260.25. It is now five months later and I am yet to be reimbursed even a penny from Shane roop.
Dennis Lloyd chose not to show up for the court hearing but his mother did forward me a check in the amount of $225.00 as reimbursement for her sons portion of the judgement againts him. Dennis lloyd still owes me $57.25 in court cost.
Yeserday I inquired of the Parksburg district court about what I could do to recieve the monies long over due me from both Dennis Lloyd and shane Roop.
The District court informed me that I would have to get an Order of Execution againts them. Which would result in personal property being sold to satisfy the judgement. But both shane Roop and Dennis Lloyd reside at there parents homes.in order for the property to be sold it would have to belong to either Shane Roop or Dennis lloyd and that would be difficult to determine who owned it. It would cost $142.86 to File the order of execution againts each one of these dead beats. Then there is always a chance that the property would not sell at the constable sale. I would then have to take the property and sell it to recoop the monies owed me by these two dead beats.
Does Anybody have any idea's on how to procede againts these dead beets with out me spending anymore money to collect whats owed me by these two losers.
