Ripoff Wrongful and False Employment Termination! Accusations Were Slanderous & Never Proved! ~

As a dedicated employee of Senior Management Concepts (a local non-profit organization) dba Cottonwood Creek Retirement, I was terminated last year 2004 for reasons of harassment of an employee (s). I was there for more then 2 years with the utmost respect and honor for being employed at what I thought, was an upstanding and morally correct business. Funny thing of this all? MANY owners are local celbs here in SLC, UTAH HAHA!
They decided to terminate me through false statements made through 1 phone call that was made to them.

What really tears me up is this:
1. I asked all the important questions concerning this phone call that was malisciously made by whomever to the corporate office. Who was involved? What was said? When did this happen? Where did this happen? Why wasn't this investigated at all???
2. How can a corporate business do this to myself OR anyone who is gainfully employed WITHOUT any form of investigation?
3. There was nothing said to me NOR proved when I walked out that day.
4. A false witness or false accusation hurts one's ability in finding gainful employment from here on.
5. There is no recourse/justice that I could find that could/would set them straight legally. We are living in a "at-will" work state.

Businesses such as this should not be allowed to operate or do this to one's person WITHOUT ANY proof or investigation! I thought at least this was the rule???

Never trust this business with your life, loved ones or employment!!!
