Ripoff sends fraudulent inspectors court liars shorted me carpet coverup bad installation extremely rude to talk to shabby workmanship con artist

I had Prizants install carpet in my home. Their installers ran my carpet in different directions where it was seamed. It looked terrible. I called Prizants and it took me five days to finally get to speak to the store manager. I tried to explain my dispute to him but he just argued with me and hung up on me. He said he would send an inspector out to look at my carpet.

A month later a man identifying himself as a certified flooring inspector came to my home and looked at my carpet. He wrote some notes on a clipboard and told us we would here from Prizants in a few days. I knew I could not talk to Mr David Johnson so I had made numerous attempts to talk to the regional manager, But I never got any response from him.

I then decided to file a civil law suit against Prizants. Prizants responded then with a counter law suit and had my case pulled to their area magistrate court.

When my case came to court the magistrate would not listen and allow me to plead my case. The man that called himself an inspector would not reveal all the problems with my carpet and told the magistrate I just had loose and overlapping seams. The magistrate then told me to allow Prizants try to fix my carpet and continued my case for 4 weeks.

I then decided to have the carpet looked at by our own certified inspector and he found numerous problems. He also alerted us to the fact that the man Prizants sent to our home was not a Certified Flooring Inspector as he claimed to be. This man that Prizants sent even gave us his business card claiming to be an Inspector, when in fact he has not been certified since June of 1997. We were unable to find out why he lost his certification. I presented this evidence to the Magistrate along with my inspectors report, But he does not seem to want to here about it. He still expects me to keep this carpet in my home and wants me to accept a small discount off this carpet. I am presently awaiting for the Magistrate to decide on this case.

I just cannot believe how they can lie and commit fraud in court and get away with it. I have proven my case but the Magistrate is still siding with Prizants.

This is far from over, But now I will have some major expenses to put out to fight this case. At this point I really don't care because now I'm fighting for the principle and that far out weighs the cost. I am just so angry. It should not have come to this. I don't know how this business can do this to someone and hold it's head up so proud of themselves.
