Ripoff on College Diploma, wrong name, wrong info, no reply to inquiry

I ordered a college diploma as a "joke" gift for a friend. I paid $80.00 plus $10.00 shipping. The item came within a few days as promised, but everything on it was incorrect. The invoice that accompanied the item did not have any contact information for the company. I paid by debit card so my statement showed INDC as the business name and a toll free number; 888-213-3543. There was no other contact information available.

I called the number, which is a voice mail number, and have left several messages. No one returns my call. The invoice has a statement that if anything is wrong to mark the corrections and mail it back and they will send a corrected document. The only problem with that is that they provide no mailing address! This place is a RIP-OFF!
