Coral Club is the biggest rip off. Let's start with the water bills you have to pay. You have to pay a set water bill on the number of rooms and baths in apartment. We have just me and my wife and baby and we pay $80.00 a month just for water!
They also take there time on maintance and cleaning up the property. There is garbage all over the place and it never gets picked up. I saw a grocery cart over by the coral club sign in front and sat there for almost 6 months! There is so much more wrong here the main problem is that for the money they charge is not worth it. I am sick of this place the management needs serious help and when our lease is up where out of here.
If you're thinking of moving here please don't.
