Dead Beat Dad! Lying, Cheating, Jerk, goes around depositing sperm Dishonest, Unkind

James "Craig" Peterson deposited his nasty sperm with me in 1991. I have a wonderful daughter because of it. She is caring, sweet and smart etc... She wants to see her Dad and I want her too also, but he won't even call her or return her letters. She is getting old enough to figure things out and I really hate that he has done this terrible injustice to her.

Craig is a very charming, good looking, deceitful man. He was born 12-22-69 to Linda Peterson Simmons. She is a piece of work... She coddles and protects him from most anything and supports his decision to not speak to his daughter, her first born grandchild.

Craig has a failed marriage now with two children. One of whom is severely handicapped. The other is only 5. He has walked out on them and left the wife with mounting medical and household bills. I will let her tell her own story though...

Craig is in default on the child support cases for my daughter and also on the two kids from this last marriage.in my case he is behind 4000.00 and is ordered to pay 314.00 a month. He tells the judge he "loves his daughter and wants to see her, blah blah blah. The judge is overextended and sees how charming he is and feels sorry for him... Always an extension... There is currently an order to show cause in Forsyth County, North Carolina. I am working hard at getting the Sherrif of Carteret County to his house to serve him, he tells the judge he works a couple of hours or so a week and doesn't have any money. They always feel bad for him! We live about 3 hours apart and I just feel very bad for his daughter. If only he or his mother would call her and say hi every once in a while... I have no ill-will towards either of them, but how can they not think of her, tell her they love her,?? It is so frustrating! They all know how wonderful she is. Like I said, no ill-will, but I will seek justice for her, someone has to, have no doubt about that.
