The first (and only) time I had a problem with this company, they kept me waiting at my expense on the phone. After insisting, they finally gave me their 800 customer service number, which is above in the box for their telephone number.

It is true that they make you return any items you don't want at your expense, even if they don't work. (mine didn't fit) They said you'd have to return an item to your local store, so they go by the same rules. Except, of course, the post office charges a lot more.
Then after I told them I didn't want to deal with Starcrest of California and to please remove my name from their mailing list, SHE HUNG UP! That is the ultimate in rudeness.

My recommendation: NEVER DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY.
