Select Portfolio Servicing
Fire Insurance Funds Not Returned After Over 35 Days

Miscellaneous

SPS has been holding my 500.000+ fire insurance overage for over 35 days, consistently telling us 5 to 7 business days. The call center gives contradictory explanations and always says 5 to 7 days. The call center is scripted to give you lip service and get you off the phone.

I do believe they have my money in an interest-bearing account that they profit from while pushing you off for eternity. These are predatory business practices, and it is a bad company. I have been calling daily, only to hear the same nonsense. Avoid doing business with this company at all costs.
