My experience with National Floors Direct was extremely frustrating and misleading from start to finish. Their sales process is highly aggressive, relying on intense pressure and so-called “limited-time” discounts to push you into signing quickly. In my experience, this felt like a clear bait-and-switch—once the contract was signed (March 14, 2026), the promises stopped mattering.

My installation was confirmed multiple times for March 30. I took a vacation day and fully prepared my home, only to have the company cancel at the last minute with no regard for the disruption caused. It was rescheduled to April 2, forcing me to take yet another day off work and go through the same upheaval again. Despite being promised an early arrival (~8 AM), the crew was significantly late on the day of installation. This pattern of overpromising and underdelivering was consistent throughout the entire process.

What stood out most was the company’s lack of accountability. Communication before installation was excessive and pushy, but when they failed to meet their own commitments, they were dismissive and unhelpful. When I attempted to escalate, I was met with indifference and was not allowed to speak with anyone who could actually resolve the issue. No apology, no compensation, and no ownership of their mistakes.

I lost two days of work and dealt with major, unnecessary disruption to my home and family. This company uses high-pressure tactics to secure business but does not stand behind its commitments. I would strongly discourage others from using them.
