Crystal Springs - Primo Water
Unbelievably bad service

I used Mountain Mist Water in western Washington State. They were taken over by Primo Water, who had also taken over Crystal Springs. There appears to be no communication whatsoever between Primo, who handles all accounts, and Crystal Springs, who delivers water. It doesn't matter if I call, make adjustments to my account online, or use the Water app—no one is paying any attention. I have wasted hours of my time trying to get each mistake corrected. This is the problem with a monopoly. The representatives are always apologetic, but nothing changes.
