Employment Card Missing for 9 Days, Nobody Can Help Me

My employment card has been missing for the past 9 days and USPS is not able to help me. I have called them many times and no one is able to help me. They gave me your number and no one is picking up the call. This card is important to me. If I do not get it by next week I will have to go back to my home country. Please help me out.
