Sharper image rc 360 rally car thunder tumbler
Purchased four None Work!!!

I bought two of these tumblers from Kohl's. Place new batteries in appropriately, light go on and there is no action or movement. I called tech support. They questioned maybe wrong remote went with wrong car??? I was told I would receive a replacement in the ail in 6-8 weeks. I got one, two days later, got another a couple of days later which was great as we could keep one at our house and send the other to our grandson. He has been anxiously awaiting his birthday gift since June 1st. The two we received by mail do the exact same thing, lights go on once batteries inserted, but DO NOT MOVE. We have four of these now. They are faulty. We would be grteful if you would replace them with something similar that actually works. PLease PLease test them before shipping to customer. We have a nine year old grandson that is patiently waiting for his birthday gift
