Wrong tires installed instead of the quoted Hankook tires

I went to Big Tires, formerly Big O Tires, to have 4 used Hankook tires with over 150 thousand miles on them replaced with newer Hankook tires. Hankook is a great brand for tires and I always use that brand. I called around asking for a quote and was given a great quote for 4 Hankook tires. I left my company truck there all day and came back right before they closed to get my truck back. That is when I noticed the tires were not Hankook. They were some Walmart tires that I did not want at all or even ask for. Gilberto refused to give me back my old tires and told me these tires would last me 90,000 miles.

When I asked to speak with a manager he pointed me to Angel, who was not only rude but very disrespectful. He said he couldn't do anything because we had already agreed with Gilberto, an agreement that was not kept, which meant I could not get my tires back or my money back. Accepting my fate on these poor tires, I left. Then 2 months later, with not even 3000 miles on those tires, one of them exploded on the freeway.

I went back to try and get a replacement, and for a whole week I was told to come back the next day. I was treated like a second class citizen by both Angel and Gilberto. I would routinely call and be either hung up on or given an email address. The receipts they gave me don't even match my vehicle's VIN or odometer. I do believe they are handing out fake receipts for tax purposes. Very shady business, and if you look around, Yelp is full of complaints much like mine.
