Premium Flower Order Delivered as Standard Arrangement

Do not order flowers online, particularly from FLOWERSHOPPING.COM.

They sent a standard arrangement when we ordered premium. When we sent photos, they recognized that they had sent the wrong arrangement, but they never did anything about it. There was a lot of back and forth and nothing occurred.

Their customer service is a call centre and they have no idea about any disputes you have. They stall and drop out of communication, then use that to their advantage and tell you they cannot reimburse you for the difference now because it has been two weeks!

Photo one is the standard version of the arrangement we ordered.
Photo two is supposedly the 'premium' version of photo one. It looks nothing like the one shown, nor is it even remotely close to 'premium'.
