Unauthorized Charges After Cancellation of Account

Fraud alert, beware! Pyramid scheme!
(Osvaldo Palomino, José Zayas-Bazán, Andrés Betancourt and Ivan are crooks.)
This company (its representatives, like Osvaldo Palomino) will tell you that you have 6 months to cancel with no cancellation fees and that it is a $15 minimum a month for the basic service/terminal, yet when you call to cancel before the supposed 6 months they will charge you $350 in cancellation fees. If you are a business owner, save yourself a hassle and avoid this company at all costs. They are going to steal your money!

January: I received the terminal. After I received the first statement, I was being charged 40% of the total amount processed. I knew we had made a mistake in choosing this company.

February: After calling to try to cancel the service and placing a bad review online, I was contacted by Jose Zayas-Bazán, who supposedly lowered the fees on the account and asked me to please take down the review I had written. After this we kept using the terminal until April and then disconnected it (ridiculous fees, pathetic customer service, lies everywhere). I contacted Blackstone in May to cancel and was charged a ridiculous cancellation fee for a contract I never received. I told them of the 6-month period I was promised by Osvaldo Palomino, and that is when Jose Zayas-Bazán contacted me to tell me the cancellation fees would be waived (a lie!).

June: I sent Jose Zayas-Bazán the cancellation form he requested and he confirmed receipt by email. I called days later to confirm the account was closed and that we would not be charged any fees. The representative confirmed by phone that the account was closed and that we no longer had an account.

Two months later, in August, we found that there were unauthorized charges on our business account by Blackstone. They had been charging our account without sending statements by email, so we would not know about these charges. I called and spoke to Andres Betancourt, and he said the account was never closed and asked me to send him the email I had previously sent to Jose Zayas-Bazán as proof of the cancellation I submitted. He promised he would call me but never did. I called again the next day, and he confirmed the account was closed (how can you trust this company if I was told the account was closed once, but it never really was?) and told me Jose would contact me, since I had requested to speak with him. Guess what? Nobody ever calls you back.

I had to call back today (8/8) to speak with Jose, and I was disconnected (he literally hung up on me, and I was never contacted back). I called minutes later and a lady would not even direct my call to him again; she just told me Jose said somebody named Ivan would contact me.

Twenty minutes later, Ivan called me back, requesting that we pay $350 to cancel the account or the two unauthorized charges made to our account would not be refunded.
