Big City Bride made my special day a nightmare! Do NOT hire this wedding planner!
Requested appointment with Susan Cordogan of Big City Bride to sit down and explain vision of my wedding. When I arrived Susan Cordogan couldn't make it. Another wedding planner named Claire took over appointment and appointment went really good until about 6 weeks before our wedding. We had to request invoices to make payments LOTS of times and they kept coming back wrong. Our payments weren't posted properly, sometimes not at all even though Big City Bride received the money. The accounting person was out for a whole week and didn't respond to us. The florist gave us the wrong prices. Susan Cordogan, the owner said she would throw in an aisle runner and then she's not doing it. At one point, we were even threatened with lawsuits and collections to ruin our credit due to their own mistakes of having not posted our payments. I'm very disappointed in Big City Bride and it has made our special day a huge headache, a nightmare. I would NOT refer anyone to this place. I don't care how much experience these people have, it's not being reflected in their service.
