Fradulent/Scam Artist... Destination Paradise

I am very angry and upset about how Destination Paradise literally stolen my personal information, and turned around and tried to make me pay for something that I didn't agree to. When my daughter and I visited Hawaii, they were explaining their promotion and stated that I had 3 days to get back with them. However, we (my daughter and I) did fill out paper work, but it wasn't suppose to go into effect until we came back or call them and agree to the contract. When we went back to where they were, they were gone... no where in sight, and then we tried to called the fake phone number they gave us, and no answer. Long story short, they billed me, and I refused to pay, because they lied, stolen my identity by using it without authorization. Next thing I know, they sent me into collections saying I owe $13, 000. I just got off the phone with Transunion disputing the bill letting them know this was a fraudulent transaction. It is now under investigation. All I have to say for those who are robbing innocent people..."God doesn't like ugly."
