Extra money withdrew from CheapOai

I need to know how serious is thisCheapOair company, because you made me pay 50 USD extra instead of deducting 50 USD for my booking, number: 19684638, then withdrew extra 136.32 USD from my Master card (87.5 USD on 23/01,36.6 USD 12.22 USD on 28/01) with-out my knowlege. I need an answer for this otherwise i will make an official complaint.
