Extra $136.32 Withdrawn From Card Without My Knowledge

I need to know how serious this CheapOair company is, because you made me pay 50 USD extra instead of deducting 50 USD for my booking, number 19684638, then withdrew an extra 136.32 USD from my Master card (87.5 USD on 23/01, 36.6 USD, 12.22 USD on 28/01) without my knowledge. I need an answer for this, otherwise I will make an official complaint.
