Charged Extra - airline tickets

I am very dissappointed by your service. This is the first and last time i am booking in your site. I am charged extra for about 700$ on my credit card. The customer support does not help.in the Billing department nobody picks up the phone and nobody responds to emails. I would spread the word NOT to book in your site AT ALL... It has been a very disgusting expericence with you.
