Delivery Driver Aged 60 With Cane, Manager Dismissed Concern

My wife and I ordered food from what is our favorite pizza place. We tracked our order and it said they left 20 minutes ago. My wife received a phone call from the driver because she was unable to walk to my door. As my wife walked towards the delivery car, a 60 year old woman tried getting out of the car with the assistance of a cane. I called Dominos and spoke to the assistant manager. His reply was "she applied for the job," and it's "better" than her sitting home collecting her "retirement" and "government services." WOW! I must say, what is going on, Dominos? I find this outrageous, unprofessional and ridiculous. Just let grandma retire and enjoy her last leg.
