Very poor and unprofessional

Was hired to paint a two bedroom condo by this company. After agreement was made in contract was written Brian decided to make several changes in the contract he also stated his partner would be there to inspect the property upon completion. Also stated his partner was a US Customs officer. Once it was almost complete his partner inspected it and decided to faill with on satisfactory work. His partner was dressed in a uniform and was of duty at that point I try to go back in to comlete the unsatisfactory work and I was not allowed to go in try to settle things with Brian and he refuses to pay any more money and claims that he is doing this to teach me a lesson and he's going to contact his credit card and claim his bank card stolen. He is intimidating me with a crime I didn't commit and using a government agent as well
