Large Pizza Missing From Order, No Refund, Rude Manager

Order was missing a large pizza. We paid by phone. No refund was offered upon calling 2 hours later.

The manager was rude, mocking and disrespectful beyond belief. The store owner claimed there was nothing I could "too bad lady. You lose". He simply didn't care to listen let alone make it right. I'm out money and stressed out. Please beware.
