Deceptive Business Practices and Repossession Threats

One week after they supposedly fixed it, it is not starting again. Let me tell you how fun it is being out in freezing temperatures with a 4 year old. They lie about being able to work with me on payments. When I ask for 2 or 3 days to pay them, they say no and threaten to take the vehicle.

Deceptive business practices about being able to work with us and setting a budget. They put us on camera and do not mention the same things they did to get us in the door, but we have to sign in front of the camera. I am not refusing to pay nor hiding the vehicle. The salesperson told me to give her money under the table. This was off camera so that no one would see, she says. I also know some people from the location who want to testify on their behalf about the same things happening to them.
