Office trial version cannot delete files or copy to CD

Are you kidding me? How could anyone design such a useless product? A trial version came on my computer. I will remove it as soon as possible and install Open Office. Who needs all this? There is no way you can delete a file; I can't copy anything to a CD; there is no help in the instructions!!! What is all this 'pinned' and 'unpinned' and 'trust' and why do I need it? I don't have time for this!!!
